Fabric Pack focuses on the printed fabric side of each LED lightbox order, from artwork preparation to folding and site handling. It is useful when the frame is sorted and the team needs clear guidance on graphics for retail or expo use.
Artwork must match the exact visible size and the silicone edge detail of the chosen frame. For mall promotions, shopfront lightboxes, and expo walls, the fabric spec needs to consider backlit colour density, panel joins, and how the print will travel between Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, or a regional centre.
One photo of the installed frame helps prevent costly print mistakes. It shows cable exits, corner shape, hanging orientation, and any obstructions near the lightbox so the replacement fabric is packed, folded, and marked for the correct side.
What the fabric pack covers
The pack sets out the graphic size, print finish, and handling method for each fabric face in the order. It can include panel naming, fit direction, fold method, and simple site notes so store staff or stand builders know which graphic goes where without guessing.

Artwork and packing information
Send the frame size, the number of graphic faces, and whether the print is single or double sided. Include any previous fit issues, such as loose corners, reversed artwork, or a graphic that was difficult to tension into the channel.
If the fabric will be stored between campaigns, note how it should be folded and identified for the next install. Add venue or store names to the pack list when one order is being split across several lightboxes or hanging displays.
